Relay Mila 5 Skiiers
The team will consist of 5 skiiers, the skier can go several sections but not two successive stages.
Start Vindeln with first change at Vindel-Ånäset
Second Botsmark, third Åkullsjön, fourth Överklinten finishing in Robertsfors. Swedish Ski Federation rules apply.
Relay Mila 3 Skiiers

Registration fees
Registration fees are paid and regulated on raceid’s homepage under the current event and information is updated there.
Late registration can be done the latest 30 minutes before start at starting location or through raceids registration page. You can’t make a late registration for relay mila!
NOTE: Do not forget to state the name and club when signing on to the competetion.
The starting fee includes:
Transport of clothes, wax tip if desired at three stations, food and drink at a total of 10 controls, shower at the goal. Food is served after you reach the finish.
NOTE: If you attach or tape food, bars, gels or such that causes damage on the number bib you might be fined up to 300 SEK for the damage, this includes all classes.
There will be liquid stations every 5-6 km from Vindel Ånäset and onward. At the bigger start areas there will also be food available. After finish there will be liquid by the finish line.
Energydrink and bars is from UMARA our partner.
Bus transport:
Bus departs from Robertsfors municipal building 06:30 and offers the possibility to stop on the other starting places along the way. Note! Please bring 15 EURO or 150 SEK.

Your clothes will be shipped from the starting point to the goal.
Prices!
All the riders who complete the race recieves plaque. Give away prizes will be raffled in exercise classes on the preregistered. Award ceremony is held at the finish area 30-40 minutes after finishing and results will be available on the website.

Spurtprice in M/W 19 76 km in Botsmark 1000:- – prewarning 200 metre and 50 metre before the spurtprice.
Spurtprice in M/W 17 42 km in Överklinten 500:- – prewarning 200 metre and 50 metre before the spurtprice.
Numberbibs and chip after finish
Leave your numberbib and chip to 7-mila personell after finish. Lost chip will be fined with 750 SEK and numberbibs 300 SEK.
Food after finish
Will be served at the schools dining quarter when you show the 7-mila plaque.
Clothes after finish:
Follow the signs to get parcels/clothes after finish.
Showers and sauna
Hot showers and sauna is at the bathinghouse close to the finish.
Canceling the contest!
Riders who choose to cancel the competition during the race must notify the nearest passed inspection as soon as possible. Remember to return you bib or you will be charged 100 SEK or 10 EURO. Non-returned chip will be charged with 750 SEK or 75 EURO.
Timelimit!
A rope will be drawn over the ski track at 15:00 in Åkullsjön 24 km from the finish, competitors who have not left the control must cancel the race there. Rope will be drawn over the ski track at 16:15 in Överklinten 14 km from the finish, competitors who have not left the control must cancel the race there.
